MAJ Medias is permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these terms without any notification. You are not permitted to assign or transfer any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms.

 

9. Royalty Threshold, Payout Terms & Copyright Liability

Royalty Threshold & Payouts

  • MAJ Medias collects royalties on behalf of registered labels and artists.

  • A minimum threshold of INR 5,000 must be accumulated in your royalty balance before payout.

  • Payouts will be processed only after the threshold is met.

  • If the threshold is not met, the royalty amount will remain in your MAJ Medias account.

  • Successful bank account verification is mandatory for payouts; failure to verify may delay or prevent disbursement.

 

Copyright Liability

  • All labels and rights holders are solely responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded or distributed through MAJ Medias is original, properly licensed, and free of third-party copyright claims.

  • MAJ Medias acts only as a digital distributor and does not verify ownership of the uploaded content.

  • Any copyright infringement notices, takedowns, legal disputes, strikes, or penalties must be handled directly by the label or rights holder responsible for the upload.

  • MAJ Medias is not liable, legally or financially, for such disputes and is not obligated to entertain, mediate, or resolve infringement-related claims.

  • MAJ Medias reserves the right to disable or remove any content involved in potential or confirmed infringement to comply with platform or legal requirements.

 

10. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between MAJ Medias and you regarding your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai, India. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai for the resolution of any disputes.
